Now Hiring: Licensed Estheticians/Aestheticians

Location: Elements Massage – San Antonio (Alon)

Elements Massage San Antonio (Alon) is excited to expand our offerings with the addition of therapeutic skin care services, and we’re currently looking for licensed estheticians/aestheticians to join our growing team!

Availability Required:

We are currently seeking a team member who is available to work on:

• Monday

• Saturday

• Sunday

Open availability on these days, including evenings, is preferred.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay: $16–$17 per hour

• One free massage or facial per month

• Free monthly chiropractic adjustment through our partnership with The Joint (located in the same shopping center)

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room between sessions

• Complete daily SOAP notes thoroughly and on time

• Greet clients, stay on schedule, and ensure smooth transitions between appointments

• Sanitize all facial tools after each session

• Recommend and educate clients on skin care products and services

Qualifications

• A licensed esthetician/aesthetician (or currently completing an accredited program)

• Licensed to provide facial services in Texas (or in the process of obtaining licensure)

• Friendly, professional, and client-focused with strong communication skills

• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, upbeat studio environment

• Experience in spa, medical spa, or facial services is a plus but not required!
