The Program Director for the Helene Fuld Health Trust National Institute for Evidence-Based Practice in Nursing & Healthcare is responsible for assisting with the strategic planning, analysis and ongoing operations of programs offered within the Fuld Institute. Reporting and analytics support is provided to inform strategic planning and business operations; project management support is provided as a means of executing on the strategic plan. In collaboration with the College of Nursing finance team, the Program Director for the Fuld Institute is also responsible for management and administration of Fuld Institute resources, including but not limited to budgeting, project management and operations, assisting with purchase orders and procurement, and capital planning. This individual will also gather and analyze data to construct key performance indicators to monitor and improve performance and reinforce strategic decision making. They are responsible for aligning the strategy with Fuld Institute resources and driving change and business transformation efforts to ensure long-term business viability while maximizing the value of the organization's services.

Additional Information:

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 6 years of relevant experience required.

Desired Qualifications: 10 years of experience in a healthcare related field; track record of effectively leading performance- and outcomes-based programs and processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience developing and operationalizing strategies that have taken a program or project to the next stage of growth; thorough knowledge and understanding of regulatory structures of partner organizations (academic, clinical); organizational management skills with the ability to coach teams, set and achieve strategic objectives, and manage a budget.

Additional Job Description: Provides leadership, team building, and program development. Brings vision and creativity to this leadership role; is accountable for technological and programmatic strategies that effectively support ongoing and future programming.
