Storeroom Clerk 

About the role: 

This role will be responsible for issuing daily requisitions of liquor and reordering to maintain par levels for service. Order and vendor management is essential, and candidate will be tasked with ensuring all incoming goods are checked against delivery invoices, food specifications and purchase records to ensure that the type, amount, price, and quality of items charged and ordered are correct rotate perishable in storerooms. 

What you will do: 

• Handle all deliveries of goods to the appropriate departments within the hotel including loading and unloading carts and placing them in appropriate storerooms. 

• Procure all items utilized by the hotel. Receive all incoming goods against purchase orders. 

• Log all inbound guests and event shipments into our tracking system. 

• Ensure all established Four Seasons Purchasing department standards are met with the utmost accuracy. 

• Maintains direct contact with outside vendors and all departments within the hotel. 

• Contribute to monthly inventory processes for the hotel. 

What you bring: 

• Prior experience in procurement or warehouse setting is desirable but not required.  

• Must have working knowledge of computers. 

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and stand for 8 hours. 

• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.   

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and possess the ability to work autonomously.   

• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.
