Senior Validation Engineer for Automotive Radar Applications (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform IC validation as a member of a larger, multicultural and multisite team
• Evaluate CMOS circuit performance, in digital, analogue and Radar/high frequency domain
• Use embedded SW know how to contribute to product performance evaluation
• Support customer design in efforts and customer complaints
• Support next generation Radar design perfection and specification

Your Profile:

• Bachelor/Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Physics or similar
• Experience in embedded SW programming is a must
• Experience with laboratory setups to validate and characterize CMOS IC performance in High Frequency (MHz-GHz) domain (spectrum analyzer, VNA, signal source, frequency multiplier, oscilloscope)
• Know-how regarding high frequency application specific circuit elements (mixers, PLL, ADCs, transmission line, waveguide, antenna, etc.)
• Basic semiconductor manufacturing know-how
• Problem-solving & analytical skills, creativity and flexibility
• Ability and will to work in international team setup
• Being supportive across team
• Ability and will for taking initiative, making progress and constructively challenging the status quo
• Good communication skills, fluent in English
• Quality mindset
