Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer

For over two decades, we have been harnessing technology to drive meaningful change.<br/>  <br/> By combining world-class engineering, industry expertise and a people-centric mindset, we consult and partner with leading brands from various industries to create dynamic platforms and intelligent digital experiences that drive innovation and transform businesses.<br/>  <br/> From prototype to real-world impact - be part of a global shift by doing work that matters.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Looking for an enthusiastic Cloud DevOps Engineer that will be responsible for developing and running a wide variety of consumable services on AWS or Azure that are highly automated, secure and compliant by design.</p><p>Responsible for migrating and helping other teams migrate their business applications to the cloud.</p><p>The ideal candidate would have experience in automation and software engineering, as well as a very good understanding of the underlying components such as server operating systems, databases, network components, etc.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of solid, hands-on experience building and managing AWS and/or Azure infrastructures;</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code through tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, AWS CloudFormation or ARM templates/Azure Bicep;</li><li>Solid skills in coding/scripting (Python, bash);</li><li>Experience implementing monitoring solutions (e.g. Splunk, Grafana or cloud native alternatives like CloudWatch, AzureMonitor or Stackdriver);</li><li>Hands-on experience on container orchestration using Kubernetes and its cloud implementation for AWS (EKS) or Azure (AKS).</li><li>Experience with version control systems and CI/CD tools for version control, application deployment and test automation such as GitHub &amp; Github Actions or GitLab &amp; GitLab CI;</li><li>Experience with at least two of the following CI/CD tools: Jenkins, AzureDevops, AWS CodePipeline, CircleCI, TravisCI, TeamCity, Bitbucket Pipelines.</li><li>Security knowledge/experience;</li><li>Good understanding and experience with general infrastructure areas – compute, storage, network;</li><li>Excellent problem solving, multitasking, troubleshooting skills and attention to details;</li><li>Working experience with configuration management tools like Chef or Ansible;</li><li>Attention to writing documentation and keeping the knowledge base up to date;</li><li>Very strong interpersonal, customer service, result oriented and team building skills are essential;</li><li>Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation in English.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>Strongly preferred: Valid AWS Solution Architecture Associate or AZ-400 certifications;</p></li><li><p>Experience creating and managing AWS or Azure resources via CLI or from a programming language.</p></li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Discover some of the global benefits that empower our people to become the best version of themselves:</p><ul><li><strong>Finance:</strong> Competitive salary package, share plan, company performance bonuses, value-based recognition awards, referral bonus;   </li><li><strong>Career Development</strong>: Career coaching, global career opportunities, non-linear career paths, internal development programmes for management and technical leadership;</li><li><strong>Learning Opportunities: </strong>Complex projects, rotations, internal tech communities, training, certifications, coaching, online learning platforms subscriptions, pass-it-on sessions, workshops, conferences;</li><li><strong>Work-Life Balance:</strong> Hybrid work and flexible working hours, employee assistance programme;</li><li><strong>Health:</strong> Global internal wellbeing programme, access to wellbeing apps;</li><li><strong>Community:</strong> Global internal tech communities, hobby clubs and interest groups, inclusion and diversity programmes, events and celebrations.</li></ul>
