Field Service Technician (M/F/T)

We are looking for a Field Service Technician (M/F/T) for Flowserve throughout Germany. You will carry out commissioning, customer training, maintenance, and repair work on-site with customers in Germany, occasionally abroad (worldwide). You will mainly support our mechatronic pumps/pumping systems from your home office, such as "SIHIdry" / "SIHIboost," nationwide. Possible locations include Cologne, Leverkusen, Hürth, Frankfurt am Main, Darmstadt, Mainz, Mannheim, Ludwigshafen, Heidelberg.

Your Responsibilities:

• Willingness to work in the field, primarily throughout Germany and occasionally abroad (worldwide).

• Occasional supportive repair work in the corresponding service workshops.

• Conduct commissioning, customer training, maintenance, and repair work.

• Analyze and diagnose faults and troubleshoot them.

• Create work reports such as maintenance logs, commissioning protocols.

• Willingness to participate in on-call duty.

Your Profile:

• You have completed training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, or similar.

• Ideally, you already have professional experience in a comparable position.

• Good PC and MS Office skills.

• Qualification as a respiratory protection device wearer according to G26 II.

• Class B driver's license.

• Good knowledge of English.

• High quality awareness, ability to work independently, commitment, very high flexibility, resilience, and customer orientation.
