Pratt and Whitney is seeking a Lead Auditor for the Quality Engineering group.
What You Will Do:
- Lead and participate in a tiered Sustainment Operations audit program to track network performance, compliance, Government Property, EH&S, etc.
- Create and assist in the maintenance of audit process standard work and support 2nd and 3rd party audits.
- Maintain audit records and manage/track/follow up on associated corrective actions.
- Facilitate the development of root cause and corrective action for audit findings/non-conformances and compliance problems and reviewing and approving CARs in ETQ.
- Collect and analyze process data, transform into meaningful information shared with senior management (i.e., control towers, MCAB, etc.).
- Support the Quality Systems integration for the Sustainment Operations network.
- Travel up to 20% both domestically and internationally.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Advanced degree and 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering experience in Aviation, Space or Defense or other regulated industry; OR Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
- AS9100 Lead Auditor Certification and Lead Auditor experience.
- Ability to lead/coach teams through use of RCCA and other Process Improvement tools.
- Experience delivering presentations to all levels of management for compliance activities/metrics.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Degree in STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics).
- Six Sigma or advanced Lean Certifications.
- AATT certification.
- Experience leading audit programs.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement tools (CORE/ACE/SixSigma).

For onsite roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
