About the role
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and coordinate multiple ICT projects involving both infrastructure and software development.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships between internal departments and external suppliers.</li><li>Act as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders to ensure transparent communication.</li><li>Apply project management techniques to effectively manage risks, issues, and resources.</li><li>Oversee the delivery and optimization of individual project tracks to meet organizational goals.</li><li>Take ownership of project milestones and drive the successful realization of concrete results.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in <strong>infrastructure</strong> or <strong>software development</strong> projects.</li><li>5+ years of experience overseeing and optimizing multiple individual projects concurrently.</li><li>5+ years of experience managing <strong>IT software development</strong> lifecycles.</li><li>You possess deep knowledge of project management methodologies such as <strong>Prince2</strong> or <strong>PMBok</strong>.</li><li>You bring experience in managing and delivering projects with <strong>external vendors</strong>.</li><li>You have proficiency in <strong>MS Project</strong> and <strong>MS Office</strong> tools including <strong>Excel</strong> and <strong>Powerpoint</strong>.</li><li>You possess a solid understanding of <strong>ITIL</strong> processes and frameworks.</li><li>You are proactive, solution-oriented, and excel at building professional bridges.</li><li>You are fluent in <strong>Dutch</strong> with a C2 level.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Haves</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working within a <strong>public sector</strong> or government context.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>public procurement</strong> and open tendering processes.</li><li>Experience with complex <strong>integration projects</strong>.</li><li>Professional certification in <strong>Prince2</strong> or <strong>PMBok</strong>.</li></ul>
