POSITION OVERVIEW 

We are currently seeking an experienced Field Service Supervisor to join our fast-growing KATS Team. The ideal candidate will bring a solutions-first mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for developing technicians in the field. This position has the full responsibility of managing a working crew of technicians to support KATS projects while collaborating with the customer site contact to ensure all contractual obligations are met at the highest level of satisfaction.    

This individual should be able to maintain confidentiality; have high level of mechanical aptitude with effective leadership skills.  This candidate must be safety-orientated, analytical, perceptive, with a critical thinking mindset.   

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Supervise and support field service technicians across multiple job sites 
• Rotating Equipment and associated system overhaul and service: technical oversite/supervision  
• Work closely with the KATS Operational and Business Development Teams to ensure appropriate coverage and execution of all field service opportunities 
• Either with the BD team or on your own, call on customer sites to promote the service team, perform a site audit for proposal generation, and scheduling projects 
• Develop personnel through training, mentoring, and coaching 
• Coordinate and manage project team schedule, while maintaining the mechanical data books 
• Lead efforts to ensure the Customer requirements are met <
