As part of the Natura &amp;Co family, we’re committed to being the best beauty company for the world by generating a positive environmental, economic and social impact for our communities across the globe.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Role Type</b></p>Permanent<p></p><p></p><p><b><span>What you'll be doing:</span></b></p>The Trade Marketing Senior Specialist is responsible for managing all process of trade marketing and brand strategy at retail with creating and following up visual merchandising guidelines, SKU list, assortment strategy, planograms, POP tools.<p></p><p></p><p><b><span>Key responsibilities:</span></b></p><p><b>What you'll be doing:</b></p><ul><li>Determine SKU list assortment working with marketing team</li><li>Create planogram studies</li><li>Collaborate with Revenue Growth Team to determine product prices, adapt and implement in POS system the price strategy</li><li>Conduct market tours, customer visits, etc. to build plans and partnerships with key clients.</li><li>Ensure effective communication and implementation of marketing initiatives and promotional activities.</li><li>Plan and execute comprehensive retail marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales and enhance brand visibility in Retail and to positively change the Shopper experience, while ensuring a balanced approach across all channels including Direct Sales, Franchise, Beauty Specialists, and Avon-owned stores.</li><li>Organize the annual trade marketing plan and promotion calendar considering launch plans.</li><li>Determine and manage marketing activities and field events according to sales expectations &amp; needs in collaboration with retail, marketing, supply chain teams…</li><li>Monitor and evaluate competitor activity and market trends to remain informed about shifts within the industry and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.</li><li>Take part in customer activations specific to stores</li><li>Manage internal &amp; external communication with store owners, visual merchandisers &amp; partners (email, POS, MAB, leaflets…) to.</li><li>Manage all process of display stands and POP materials (creative, procurement, purchasing … etc) in cooperation with marketing &amp; procurement team, to ensure consistent execution.</li><li>Follow closely amount of stock materials that are using in marketing activities.</li><li>Organize the annual POP plan considering launch plans.</li><li>Manage and communicate to franchisees merchandising guidelines with determining standards</li><li>Ensure the execution of monthly quality checks in stores/islands either directly or by coordinating with the Virtual Merchandising agency.</li></ul><p><b>We would like you to have:</b></p><ul><li>Relevant experience in brand/product marketing or trade marketing.</li><li>Experience in FMCG or Cosmetic Sector in retail.</li><li>Advanced English knowledge</li><li>Strong understanding of retail industry</li><li>Analytical mindset</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical thinking skills</li><li>Strong time management, planning, tracking and controlling and prioritization skills.</li><li>Having ability to work effectively in a team.</li><li>Ability to set, plan and accomplish goals under deadlines</li><li>Driving license</li></ul><p><b>We offer:</b></p><ul><li>Opportunities to capitalize on your potential in line with your career goals;</li><li>A work environment where we cultivate trust and growth;</li><li>A flexible schedule that will support you to perform;</li><li>An attractive compensation package;</li><li>Recognition of your merits and contribution;</li><li>The opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our consumers!</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>What we offer: </span></b></p><p><span><span>We offer a comprehensive benefits package along with wellness resources and work-life balance support in line with your country practices and Avon purpose aiming to help you live a healthier life, protect you and your dear ones, and ensure you’re at your best.</span></span></p><p></p><p><span>At Avon, we believe beauty is for everyone and that it’s beautiful to be you.
