About the Job

We are seeking a Freelance Social Media Consultant for a full-service multi-disciplinary construction management firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage and create content for multiple social media platforms for CEO and company
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Monitor social media channels for inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond in a timely manner
• Analyze social media data and insights to optimize content performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of web analytics tools and social media management platforms
• Proficient in video editing software and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong relationship management skills to effectively engage with followers and influencers
• Knowledge of graphic design principles and ability to create visually appealing content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with public relations, advertising, and social media marketing concepts
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
