This role plays a key part in delivering a reliable and efficient service experience, helping to build trust and long-lasting relationships with customers while ensuring operational accuracy and timely delivery. Contract till 31.03.2027.</p><p><br/><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Process sales orders and service work orders accurately and within agreed timelines using internal systems</li><li>Manage the shared inbox and respond to customer and internal enquiries with clear and timely communication</li><li>Handle incoming calls relating to orders, pricing, product queries, and service requests</li><li>Maintain and update customer records while ensuring data accuracy across systems</li><li>Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, and depot teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment</li><li>Coordinate returns, loan equipment requests, and related documentation and logistics</li><li>Resolve customer concerns professionally, including managing complaints and escalating where required</li><li>Support internal teams by routing enquiries and maintaining strong working relationships across functions</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Experience in a customer service environment, ideally with order processing or service coordination</li><li>Confident in handling customer queries and resolving concerns in a calm and structured way</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and process high volumes of data</li><li>Comfortable using systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and CRM tools</li><li>Clear communicator who can build positive relationships across teams and with customers</li><li>Organised and proactive, able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Salary range for the role:</b> £26 500 - £27 500 + benefits</p><p>Click on apply if this sounds like you! </p><p></p><p>BD is proud to be certified as a Top Employer 2026 in <b>United Kingdom</b>, reflecting our commitment to creating an exceptional working environment</p><p>At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
