Product Manager - Console & User Experience

11:11 Systems is looking for an experienced Product Manager with cloud hosting or SaaS experience that helps define and maintain the strategic partnership between business needs and product/technology delivery. In essence, the person in this role will coordinate with all departments that interact with the Secure Cloud Console and ecosystem of tools when a change or new release is made to ensure that customers will have a seamless, positive, high-quality, end-to-end experience with 11:11 Systems.

This is a full-time remote position based in the US, and will report to the Senior Director of Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage our Secure Cloud Console feature releases and its user experience from concept to design at the strategic and technical levels, leveraging information from customers and prospects
• Define and document business and functional requirements for use cases through interviews, workshops, and/or existing systems documentation or procedures that could impact the User Experience of the products managed by the iland Secure Cloud Console
• Work closely with the development team using standard software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies to ensure projects and maintenance activities are documented and deployed on time and in budget
• Collaborating with the UI/UX design team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user
• Communicate, influence, and work with other internal departments, including up to the Executive level, to align company vision and goals with the product plans, strategy, and roadmap
• Coordinate with other Product Managers and service delivery teams on technical review and validation of the features and services prior, during, and after market launch, including beta testing and QA
• Create documents and supporting materials, including training for internal departments and external users
• Define test plans to be used across multiple products for purposes such as QA, training, and on-boarding
• Track and analyze KPIs and Product Business metrics against company-wide goals to determine product success and whether objectives were met
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

The following skills represent the minimum requirements to be considered for this position:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related study
• 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience
• 3+ years of experience on cloud computing, IaaS, SaaS, or similar
• Deep understanding of virtualization, data center infrastructure, bare metal servers, public/private/hybrid/multi cloud, and networking
• Deep understanding of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and Software Development Kits (SDKs)
• Advanced knowledge of Cloud Services and solutions (AWS, Azure Stack, OpenStack, Google Cloud
• Experience on user interface design including designing tools such as Figma
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with a diverse set of teams and roles
• Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision and highly motivated
