In this exciting new role as an mForce Program Manager for Neuromodulation Sales Operations, you will develop a deep understanding of Neuromodulation business groups and represent user needs throughout the release cycle for assigned Salesforce (mForce) capabilities. Working closely with Neuromodulation sales leaders & representatives, you will document needs, prioritize the business enhancement intake, partner with the development team to design & deliver new features, coordinate user testing, and organize business-facing demos. Additionally, you will drive adoption and training strategies, establish KPI metrics, and develop training and communication content. This role will require less than 10% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure the success of the mForce program.


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Develops in-depth understanding of business groups and represents business needs throughout release cycle for assigned Salesforce (mForce) capabilities on behalf of Neuromodulation business

  • Works directly with sales managers & reps to understand & document needs & enhancements

  • Prioritizes Neuromodulation business enhancement intake for assigned Salesforce capabilities, partnering with IT partners & dev team to assign to sprints

  • Supports development and documentation of business process, serving as SME for how processes translate to Salesforce (mForce) for assigned user groups

  • Works with Principal Support Analyst / IT / development team to ensure field sales involvement throughout development & demo process within sprints

  • Tests enhancements on behalf of business and/or works with business users to coordinate testing as needed

  • Organizes/runs business facing demos & works with field & sales trainers to train on assigned Salesforce capabilities; works with Senior Manager to ensure training / comm / update strategies are aligned to overall mForce/Salesforce vision & strategies

  • Supports Senior Manager with  holistic Salesforce (mForce) roadmap process, capability needs assessment, and business workshops as needed

  • Special projects as assigned

  • Establishes, monitors & drives adoption & training strategies, becoming a Salesforce (mForce) Subject Matter Expert & Coach for assigned business user groups. Collaborates with Principal Support Analyst to develop / manage user support procedures.

  • Proactively establishes plan, strategies, materials and programs (to include Super User/Tech Star program) to drive field adoption and utilization for assigned mForce capabilities

  • Establishes KPI metrics & reporting, proactively monitoring and communicating user adoption rates to stakeholders and leadership

  • Develops training & communications strategies and develops, delivers and maintains training & communications content for assigned mForce capabilities / user groups; partnering with sales training teams as needed

  • Serves as escalation point for complex support issues as triaged by Principal Support Analyst; backs up support triage process as needed

  • Partners with Principal Support Analyst to develop support procedures, support metrics/reporting, and data stewardship program; with a focus on continuous improvement and meeting SLAs

Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have

  • 7+ years Salesforce experience

  • Strong understanding of out-of-the-box configuration, administrative principles & best practices, and Salesforce mobile

  • Strong project management skills and experience, the ability to assemble and lead cross-functional teams and prioritize work & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • 3+ years Experience in developing effective strategies for training and change management in Salesforce implementations

  • Ability to identify areas for process improvement and recommend/implement solutions

  • Proven creativity and problem-solving skills; ability to work arou
