Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Requires a highly motivated and experienced accounting professional with a track record of success in global revenue operations.
• Manages a team of specialists whom are subject matter expert on Revenue related systems/applications, master data and processes. 
• Support the global revenue operations team
• Partner with other business functions on projects
• Lead corporate initiatives towards process improvement
• Supporting transformational projects to achieve best in class results.
• Enhance our accounting process to be more efficient and effective.
• Work closely with Global Operations teams such as Sales Ops, RMA, Logistics and Pricing functions, IT teams and Revenue Operations and Reporting teams.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in accounting and revenue roles in high tech or similar industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or MBA preferred

SKILLS:

• Advanced Excel skills and analytics aptitude required
• Experience in SAP/Model N/Revenue systems environments and prior such systems implementation experience
• Proficient knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition fundamentals
• Must have the ability to execute multiple tasks, be detail oriented, committed to high quality and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
