Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring compliance with government laws and internal operational policies, procedures, and systems. Manage and perform operational reviews and generates new policies and procedures as necessary to ensure continued compliance. Act as primary liaison and interface for all reviews/audits. Under general supervision, solve complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices. Use experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes. May provide guidance to less experienced team members.

Roles and Responsibilities

•              Provide support for Hon Labs and Aero Plymouth

•              Assist the GPSM as site / subject matter expert

•              Assist in training of jr. employees

•              Monitor to ensure metrics and metric logs are tracking to goals

•              Assist with routine tasks as needed to meet deadlines

•              Provide support in DCMA requests and audits

•              Support KBR safety goals

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor's Degree, along with 5 years of related experience.

  • Experience ensuring compliance to FAR 45 and 52.245-1 Government Property standards at one or more sites managing Aerospace US Government, Customer-owned property; managing contracts containing the FAR 52.245-1 clause; and supporting Government/DCMA and Customer On-Site & Limited Surveys.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) certification from the National Property Management Association (NPMA) or ability to obtain within 1 year from your date of hire.
  • Familiarity with Asset Tracking databases, e.g., and/or eQuip.
  • Strong PC skills especially with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • SAP experience.
