Physical Therapist - Part Time

Description

HTS is now hiring a Physical Therapist to join our team at a continuing care retirement community centrally located near charming East Grand Rapids and Eastown neighborhood in Grand Rapids, Michigan. 

This Physical Therapist will conduct evaluations, progress notes, recerts and discharges and provide skilled treatments on a part-time basis, approximately 15 to 20 hours per week.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Michigan Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn a Michigan license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
