Global Rotor Blade Process Engineer (m/f/d)

<p>YOUR TASKS:</p> <p>In this role you will be part of the Global Process Engineering Department within Nordex BLADES. Your tasks will mainly include:</p> <ul> <li>Create and implement best practice technology vision, strategy, processes and procedures to support and improve business performance within the Nordex blade network</li> <li>Ensuring lessons learnt throughout whole footprint, eliminating recurring quality issues, reducing costs and improving production cycles</li> <li>Provide onsite technical support in the shopfloor to solve operational and process relevant issues in blade manufacturing</li> <li>Coordinate and support local engineers in material industrialization and shop floor trials</li> <li>Creation and verification of manufacturing BoMs for blade projects, drive best practices to decrease consumptions in all blade plants</li> <li>Execute and coordinate process audits in the Nordex blade network </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>YOUR PROFILE: </p> <ul> <li>University degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar</li> <li>Multiple year experience within blade manufacturing is required, preferred in production or/and process departments</li> <li>Hands-on mentality</li> <li>Willingness to work in shopfloor projects </li> <li>Strong communication skills on engineering level as well as in blue collar level</li> <li>Willingness to travel</li> <li>Fluency in English is mandatory</li> </ul> <p>Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
