Brown & Brown is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Commercial Lines Team in Meridian Idaho

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Perform various clerical and administrative functions to provide support to the Client Service Representative Team
• Develop carrier relationships and participate in team events
• Assist in creating renewal submissions
• Responsible to pull loss run information from carrier web sites
• Responsible to pull carrier activity reports from carrier web sites
• Building Applicant Profiles
• Indexing/Assigning Task in Electronic Filing Cabinet
• Assist in maintaining system filing and accuracy in AMS and Electronic Filing Cabinet
• Oversee policy checking review for insurance line of coverage
• Maintain pleasant and satisfactory relationships with all company partners and agency personnel, communicating all relevant information to the respective parties
• Maintain appropriate level of confidentially of information processed
• Participate as backup to the front desk answering phones, route callers, and take and deliver messages, processing mail
• Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 1+ years of office administration experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to obtain P&C license.
