About the project

Our projects range from developing new functionalities of existing products, to modernization or migration of systems and even full-cycle software development.

We work within an Agile framework, mostly Scrum methodologies or hybrid options.

The default Java stack for our collaboration is comprised of: Java 8 or higher, Spring, Spring Boot, Oracle, with some particular libraries included for different purposes. The interfaces connected with other applications and data providers are built as REST-Calls or data deliveries via EAI.

Your team

Agile team in collaboration with developers from our side as well as the customer, the average size being of 2-4 Power BI Developers, Project Manager and Architect; they work with a Product Owner, using Scrum. Tickets are documented in JIRA and the tracking is performed there as well.

Your role

• Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective Power BI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Power BI solutions into existing applications and systems.
• Perform data analysis and identify insights and trends to support business decision-making.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Power BI solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices, and continuously enhance your skills in Power BI development.
• Document processes, data models, and report specifications for future reference.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to meet business requirements.
• Design, develop, and optimize data models and queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
• Extract and transform data from various data sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Create interactive and user-friendly reports and dashboards with intuitive navigation and data exploration capabilities.
• Experience in data modeling, data transformation, and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban
