Job Summary:  

The primary responsibilities of this position are to complete and maintain all the layout documentations, communicate and collaborate with mask vendors, assist layout manager in project tracking, and perform clerical duties for the Computing Power design and layout teams.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare, review and complete all tape out documentations
• Complete layout archive after tape out
• Complete and track mask purchase orders
• Upload and track masks database
• Manage tapeout communications with mask vendors
• Track the status of projects 
• Collaborate with other team 
• Keep track of tape out/ shipped projects and generate end of the month report 

Qualifications:

• Excellent computer skills in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to multi-task 
• Prefer 1-2 years of data entry or office experience
• Layout experience is a plus 
• Associate Degree

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in California is $60,000 - $70,000.
