The Problem We SolveOur core focus is building a global operating network that empowers supply-chain companies to collaborate effectively within a unified platform. This includes a no-code, automated workflow engine that enables users to model complex operational processes seamlessly. Additionally, our robust forms engine facilitates valuable cross-company data interchange. Furthermore, we are developing an AI engine that helps customers learn from the past, identify key issues in the present, and adapt their supply chains to an uncertain and ever-evolving future.
The Role of Product Implementation Manager We are in search of a Product Implementation Manager who will take charge of creating implementation plans, managing implementations, and acting as the voice of the customer for implementation issues. This role will also be responsible for leading customer and Regrello implementation meetings, planning, status updates, and the creation of the Regrello implementation playbook and methodology.

We are looking for someone who has:
- 🎓 Hold a Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus
- Have 6+ years of experience in managing product implementations, preferably in large SaaS (Netsuite, Siemens, Infor, Salesforce..)
- Experience in creating and executing detailed implementation plans
- Be adept at managing cross-functional relationships with stakeholders
- Have experience in creating or standardizing implementation methodologies
- Demonstrate excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
- Show a genuine interest in technology and creative problem-solving
What you will do:
- Develop and manage comprehensive implementation plans for Regrello’s products
- Serve as the voice of the customer, addressing implementation issues and ensuring customer success
- Lead customer and Regrello implementation meetings, provide plans, and share status updates
- Create the Regrello implementation playbook and methodology, setting the standard for excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery
