Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support, including on-site visits, to ensure customer satisfaction, empower sales personnel, and enhance the capabilities of customer service teams.
- Manage and execute validations and applications, promptly fulfilling customer inquiries and requests.
- Troubleshooting by utilizing laboratory techniques and computer software to carry out experimental protocols and accurately document outcomes.
- Facilitate hands-on product training sessions for both customers and internal staff, guaranteeing correct and effective product use.
- Play a pivotal role in the rollout of new products by contributing to validation studies, overseeing beta site testing, and leading educational initiatives for staff and customers.

You bring:
- Bachelor's degree in science related field
- 1-2 years’ prior experience in laboratory setting preferred
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize daily tasks
- Ability to travel 30%
