We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the daily operations of a skilled nursing facility in Colerain, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized, and resident-focused leader who values quality care, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all facility operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Lead and support department heads to achieve clinical, financial, and operational goals

  • Manage budgets, census growth, and overall financial performance
  • Ensure survey readiness and timely plan-of-correction implementation
  • Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners

Qualifications

  • Active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license – required
  • Prior experience as an LNHA or Administrator-in-Training preferred
  • Strong knowledge of SNF regulations, surveys, and operations
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
