A role you will love

The Client Support Administrator is the primary contact between Computershare Entity Solutions and assigned clients for all Registered Agent products and services. Basic responsibilities include ensuring clients receive the services they’ve purchased and that those services are delivered in a manner that meets and exceeds the clients’ expectations.

The Client Support Administrator is responsible for managing service requests from clients, transitioning requests through the Registered Agent back-office team, and coordinating with the Managed Administration Services team as needed.

Some key experience you'll have:

  • Establishes a professional and trusting relationship with clients.
  • Effectively represents the Company's products and services using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the products/services to their needs resulting in revenue generation.
  • Manages the delivery of products and services from needs analysis to close.
  • As needed, maintains the client’s entity management application
  • Ensures that clients’ service orders are accurately communicated, tracked, and executed.
  • Communicates initial service transition requirements, and manages onboarding steps until client is “live”
  • Identifies trends and additional service opportunities.
  • Serves as a conduit to internal business units and identifies opportunities to improve service delivery.
  • Maintains functional knowledge of Computershare’s processes, systems, products and services and communicate enhancements and modifications to clients.
  • Be an ambassador for Computershare within the industry.

Education and Experience

  • A minimum of one year of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience; preferably consultative customer service experience working within the banking, insurance, hospitality, retail and/or legal industry
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent B2B client service experience
  • Ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and process information to apply to client needs.
  • Able to make sound business decisions and exercise discretion and judgment.
  • Experience generating add-on sales revenue preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving sk
