Job Summary
Assured Quality Systems is seeking a motivated and energetic professional to join our team as Regional Site Supervisor to oversee supervision of quality containment sorts for our clients in the manufacturing industry in South Carolina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the supervision and training of Quality Control Inspectors and the coordination of quality containment sorts at 3 different SC locations. The successful candidate will establish and cultivate client relationships and will have the proven ability to meet customer demand while delivering high levels of customer service. This position does involve 50% travel to cities in South Carolina such as Ladson, Manning and York.
Work Location: Ladson, Manning and York, South Carolina
Shift: 7 am -4 pm (or end of production) Monday-Friday with possible weekends. 8 -12 hour shifts
Pay rate: $24.00 per hour
Steel toe boots/shoes are required.

Site Supervisor Responsibilities
Supervise quality inspectors in the execution of tasks according the established specifications and parameters set by the client.
Partner closely with Site Manager to ensure daily operational needs are met, including creating schedules for the Quality Controls Inspectors and ensuring all shifts are adequately covered.
Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials or finished goods.
Routinely perform Safety Training with all inspectors on their shifts.
Interpret test results and compare them to established specifications and control limits.
Perform visual inspections of finished products.
Supply quality control data at the end of every shift.
Investigate or report questionable test results.
Perform validations in accordance with applicable policies or guidelines.
Identify quality problems and recommends solutions.
Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods, or protocols.
Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems.
Write technical reports or documentation.
Manage inspector documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare writings for administrative purposes including documentation for corrective actions, incident reports, and performance evaluations.
Ensure that a training plan and training matrix has been completed for each inspector on their shift.
Establish and maintain healthy working relationships with all company employees and client representatives.
Demonstrate a professional, respectful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Qualifications
Must be able to travel at least 50% of the time
High School Diploma or equivalent
Quality Control experience required
2-4 years’ related experience in manufacturing or similar environment
Supervisory experience in manufacturing required
