Job Summary: 
Join our compassionate and collaborative team as a Psychometrician, where you will play a vital role in helping individuals through comprehensive psychological evaluations. You will administer and score a variety of psychological assessments, contributing significantly to understanding the psychological attributes of clients across the lifespan. Key Responsibilities: 
• Administer and score psychological assessments to support comprehensive evaluations. 
• Collaborate with psychologists and neuropsychologists in delivering psychological services. 
Maintain accurate and valid testing processes through standardized methods. 
Participate in required meetings and performance evaluations to enhance team capacity. 
Assist in data collection and program evaluation, ensuring compliance with operational procedures. 
• Complete all mandatory trainings and contribute to self-evaluation processes. 
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership. 

 

 

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: 
• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in psychology or a related social services field. 
License/certification is not required, but experience and knowledge related to clinical services are desired. 

 

 

Additional Qualifications: 
• Current driver’s license and acceptable driving record. 
• Successful completion of a background check, including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check is required.<
