Director of Operational Analytics and Project Management (New Title)

The Director of Operational Analytics and Projects is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of key hospital-based and Ambulatory services across the system. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director provides strategic and operational leadership to drive the delivery of effective, efficient, and patient-centered care across inpatient units, procedural areas, critical support services, service lines and Ambulatory Sites. This role is central to advancing the organization’s mission to provide exceptional care with compassion, particularly to underserved and vulnerable populations.

The Director supports operational strategy, operational performance improvement, financial sustainability, project management and continuous process enhancements to ensure high-reliability healthcare operations in a dynamic, diverse, and high-volume environment.
 

Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field required.
At least 7–10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in hospital operations, with demonstrated success in working with multidisciplinary teams and large-scale service areas. Deep knowledge of acute care hospital operations, including clinical and non-clinical functions. Proven experience leading high-impact process improvement, resource optimization, and cost-saving initiatives. Strong command of hospital budgeting, productivity metrics, staffing models, and operational KPIs. Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and best practices in compliance.
