Summary
This position is responsible for supervising all activities related to operations in the FIL Department (Departments 1 and 10) through maintaining production and quality requirements, and ensuring compliance with company policy.
Responsibilities
• Maintains and controls production and quality requirements
◦ Ensures all established production, quality, and delivery commitments are met
◦ Reviews production and operating reports and directs the resolution of production problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent production delays
• Performs administrative activities and record keeping
◦ Performs daily supervisory duties to include safety accountability, training, attendance, positive employee relations, and compliance with company policy
◦ Ensures team members follow departmental policies and procedures
◦ Provides coaching and discipline when needed
◦ Ensures safety compliance
• Customer service
◦ Works with internal and external customers to ensure expectations and requirements are fulfilled
• All other duties assigned

Skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Critical thinker
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Education & Experience
• High School Diploma/G.E.D
• Must hold a valid state-issued driver's license without restrictions
• 1 year of experience required
