Must Haves:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Experience in maintenance, construction, or a related trade is a plus
- Physically able to lift 50+lbs, work on ladders, and perform manual labor
- Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office or similar tools
- Comfortable driving between sites and managing time/travel independently
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Field Technician, you’ll provide essential support across multiple locations in the Spokane/CDA market —keeping facilities and equipment safe, clean, and client-ready. Your work minimizes downtime, resolves safety concerns, and helps maintain the seamless service experience our clients rely on.
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment & Facility Maintenance
- Perform regular maintenance and deep cleaning of sunbeds, spa equipment, filters, acrylics, and more
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to spray booths, float pods, sunbeds, HVAC, and general facility systems
- Complete minor plumbing and electrical repairs (e.g., leaking faucets, ballasts, outlets)
- Conduct general carpentry and cosmetic repairs such as drywall patching, painting, or fixture replacement
- Execute preventative maintenance tasks according to schedule and departmental standards
- Accurately document repairs, time tracking, and maintenance logs
