You'll partner with our studio leadership to recruit senior and specialized talent for projects including Dead by Daylight, original IP currently in development, and the AAA partnership work that has helped make Behaviour one of the largest independent studios in the world.
This role is built for a recruiter who finds their best work in proactive recruitment. Sourcing, market mapping, candidate engagement, and closing are the core of the day-to-day. You'll have a constant flow of senior, hard-to-fill searches across multiple disciplines and a sharp team alongside you. Meaningful positions and high-impact recruitment inside a studio that ships.
