HR Operations Specialist (Maternity Cover)

About the role

Join us in this role where you’ll be one of our specialists within employee life cycle administration. Working with our HR processes, you’ll handle tasks related to the hire-to-retire (H2R) life cycle, e.g. contracts, addendums, immigration processes, offboarding, and general support to the business, etc.  

In this role you’ll be responsible for creating and managing contracts and addendums, supporting employees, managers, and HRBP, and collaborating closely with payroll and other stakeholders. This is a temporary maternity cover position designed to give you hands-on experience in HR operations within a dynamic and supportive environment. 

 

Welcome to HR Operations HQ & DK 
 

You’ll be part of the HR Operations HQ & DK team where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure smooth HR operations, and will be the backbone of our HR function supporting our Danish workforce. We handle contracts, addendums, immigration processes, off-boarding, etc. 

As a team, we collaborate closely, share knowledge, and foster an open, supportive, and development-focused culture where everyone is encouraged to grow. 

 

You’ll play an important role in:  

  • ensuring high-quality employee administration, e.g. employment contracts and addenda, promotions, and offboarding 

  • supporting employees, managers, and HRBP with HR-related queries 

  • collaborating closely with payroll and other key stakeholders 

  • handling a variety of operational HR tasks  

  • contributing to knowledge-sharing and updating HR guides and processes 

 

 

To succeed in the role, you:  

  • are able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously 

  • have an understanding of the H2R life cycle and experience with HR support such as contracts, addendums, offboarding, immigration processes, etc. 

  • have an understanding and knowledge of the Danish labour law and collective agreements 

  • are curious and have a proactive, structured, and analytical approach to your work 

  • speak and write Danish and English fluently 

  • most important is that you have the right mindset and are motivated to learn.
