This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Delivery Manager to join our dynamic, global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of solutions, coordinating global cross-functional teams, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will also play a key part in establishing and refining delivery processes and practices to enhance the overall effectiveness and consistency of solution delivery across regions.
Your Impact
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of solutions from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed plans, including timelines, resource/people allocation, and risk management.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
- Monitor solution progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Establish and continuously improve delivery processes and methodologies to support consistent and efficient project execution.
- Work closely with team members and stakeholders to promote adherence to best practices and standards.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Ensure consistent communication and reporting to stakeholders and leadership on solution status, risks, and outcomes.
- Manage budgets and ensure delivery within financial constraints.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Coach and mentor more junior delivery managers and team members.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role such as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Product Owner.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7 to 10 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role such as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Product Owner. Or other relevant and related experience.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and practices, specifically Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
- Experience working with global teams and customers.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in delivery management and SDLC software and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, or similar.
- Experience in establishing and refining delivery processes and methodologies.
- Ability to coach technical teams, peers, and leadership in agile practices and values.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Familiarity with modern development practices and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Azure DevOps.

Compensation
Expected Salary (all locations): $95,000-169,290,00.
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
