Product Delivery Manager, Vice President - Platform Channels

As a Product Delivery Manager in Platform Channels, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. You will help drive creative problem solving to bridge gaps and optimize the link between technology and operations that will underpin a best-in-class employee experience.

  Job responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
• Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
• Identify areas of opportunity to redesign and enhance technology and operations to support delivering top experiences.
• Bring an Employee Experience first mindset, the role will utilize critical thinking and foster and manage relationships to drive change in people, policy, and processes at the firm.
• Liaise between the Employee Experience organization and business partners to ensure alignment and cohesive strategy and approach to developing internal experiences.
• Provide consolidated project progress updates on changes being implemented across functions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
• Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
• Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies.
• Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Proven strengths in resilience, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. 
• Extensive knowledge of SAAS platforms and user data to power excellent user experiences.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
• Experience working with multi-level management and groups.
• Scrum Experience is a plus.
• Experience with the Agile Delivery of products.
• Knowledge of the Oracle HCM platform and product.
• Experience delivering across multiple platforms.
