Job Description

• Lead and manage a team of 2-5 software testers, focusing on machine learning algorithms and application features.

• Develop holistic test plans for software releases and oversee comprehensive test strategies that combine test automation and manual testing for both machine learning models, application features and business logic.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the reliability and accuracy of ML model outputs and the efficacy of front-end designs.

• Drive the adoption and implementation of automated testing tools and frameworks.

• Monitor and evaluate the quality and performance of software products, identifying areas for improvement.

• Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning within the team.

• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities to team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Proven experience in testing machine learning applications and front-end interfaces.

• Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Jest).

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
