The Work:
Oracle Scrum Master responsibilities include:
Acting as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology. Scrum Master also acts as a custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended. Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand. Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity. Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the team's progress. You have excellent people and project management skills, strong communication and presentation skills and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
Here's what you need:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience on an agile framework or method (i.e Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models
- Demonstrates experience with Oracle products and implementation
- Experience with planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
- US Citizenship required
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with Agile and JIRA implementation
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
- California: $67,200 - $120,000
- Colorado: $67,200 - $103,600
- New York: $62,100 - $120,000
- Washington: $71,500 - $110,400
