Inside Sales Representative

🪠 We invite full-time Customer Service Representatives or Inside Sales Representatives to join our customer-obsessed team in Union, NJ.

Love turning "maybe" into "yes"? We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Rep / Proposal Follow-Up Coordinator to breathe new life into open estimates and stale leads. 

You'll proactively reach out, cold-call when needed, set up targeted recovery campaigns, and do whatever it takes to reconnect with customers and close deals. Base salary plus attractive commissions on revived sales—your hustle directly translates into earnings. If you're persistent, organized, and ready to turn follow-ups into wins, we want you on our team.

Base salary between $45,000 - $50,000 plus attractive commissions on revived sales. We estimate top performers should make about $75,000 - $100,000 annually, but we will not cap earnings for over-achievement!

Who You Are

If you don’t have all of the below, you can still apply and learn them with us!

• You held a customer-service or sales role for at least 1 year.
• You are detail-oriented and well-organized.
• You make people feel comfortable and can build relationships.
• You are comfortable prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ideally, you have experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry and have used tools like ServiceTitan before.
