As a Digital Engineer on our team, you have the chance to create critical systems to support our client’s Digital Engineering (DE) transformation. Your technical expertise will be vital as you work with the government on a Government Reference Architecture (GRA) ecosystem being developed to support weapons systems and test systems design and integration approaches. You will use your system engineering expertise to develop enterprise architectures, descriptive system models, engineering analysis, and engineering reports as needed. Come develop your skills in DE and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) while gaining experience with new systems development. You Have:
4+ years of experience with DE and MBSE related to DoD weapon systems and test enterprise development
Experience with the system engineering life cycle, including requirements, design, integration, testing, and deployment for major DoD weapons systems and test enterprise systems
Experience with DE and MBSE tools and processes to create and manage tailored mode-based artifacts that capture analysis and the resulting engineering decisions and trades made during acquisition and development
Experience with conducting model-based performance simulations to determine the impact of requirements changes on enterprise and system performance and behaviors
Experience with the practical application of System Modeling Language (SyML) for weapon systems modeling and Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) for test systems modeling
Experience with integrating DE and MBSE tools, including MagicDraw, Cameo, Teamcenter, DOORS, or SBE Vision
Knowledge of Weapon Open System Architecture (WOSA) design principles and technologies
Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary, dynamic team environment, including internal staff, external contractors, and government clients
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field
Nice If You Have:
Knowledge of using enterprise and system models during government program and technical reviews
Knowledge of configuration management, risk management, and cybersecurity
Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, including C++, Java, or Python
Ability to plan and deliver capability and demonstrations using Agile Project Management
Ability to produce solutions independently or with a team
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field preferred
OCSMP Fundamental Certification
INCOSE Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP) Certification
