Position Summary:
Responsible for designing, developing, and sustaining strategic partnerships that improve outcomes for youth and families. This role focuses on fostering collaboration between community organizations, school systems, behavioral health services, government agencies, and other key stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to youth well-being and development.
Position Responsibilities:
Clinical / Technical Skills (40% of performance review)
- Identify, develop, and maintain partnerships with community-based organizations, schools, and government agencies.
- Act as a liaison to ensure alignment between community initiatives and organizational goals.
- Represent the organization in coalitions, forums, and community stakeholder groups.
- Lead outreach and engagement efforts to elevate youth and family voices in planning and decision-making.
- Organize community forums, listening sessions, and youth advisory councils.
- Promote visibility and awareness of services through public speaking and community events.
- Collaborate with staff working on youth and partnership-related initiatives.
- Contribute to organizational strategic planning and funding opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports for funders, leadership, and community stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements related to youth services and partnerships.
- Demonstrated success building multi-sector partnerships and collaborative initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Knowledge of systems impacting youth (e.g. mental health, juvenile justice, child welfare, education)
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed approaches.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
