Overview
The Inflight Uniform Program Manager will manage all aspects of the Flight Attendant uniform program, ensuring alignment with the company brand, policies, and the CBA. This position provides support to Flight Attendants for uniform selection, ordering, fittings, point balance management, and ongoing internal customer support.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the Flight Attendant Style Requirements, ensuring the requirements are clear and promote the Delta and Endeavor brands.
- Collaborate and partner with IFS uniform vendors, Delta UBX team, Delta Supply Chain, and AFA Uniform Committee, to promote uniform compliance and maintain smooth program operations.
- Facilitate engagement opportunities and uniform displays to promote uniform compliance and represent the IFS Uniform Program.
- Provide guidance and leadership to Uniform Special Assignment Flight Attendant (SAFA) team supporting uniform processes and engagement events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Style Center environment, keeping an accurate record of inventory.
- Manage the IFS Uniform program budget, including but not limited to the transition to new uniforms, uniform allotment, buyout of uniform inventory, etc.
- Coordinate the uniform kitting process (selection, ordering, and fitting) for new hire Flight Attendants, ensuring proper fit and presentation for all employees.
- Offer IFS base management team support and guidance regarding uniform compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to Flight Attendants regarding uniform inquiries, concerns, and new hire kitting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and related experience.
- Experience in retail management or equivalent preferred.
- PC proficient in Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
- Analytical, interpretive, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.
- Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and able to work with all levels of an organization.
