We are looking for a Senior Compensation Manager to join our growing People team. We are building and iterating compensation/rewards programs to ensure that we are built to grow and empower our employees in a way that is consistent with our values. As a result, we need a team member with a solid foundation and history of success in doing just that!

The impact you will have:

  • Be a trusted advisor to Go-To-Market Leaders to help drive global strategy and compensation decisions for their growing organization
  • Partner and consult with Sales Strategy, Sales Ops, People Partners, Recruiters and Leadership in all things compensation by making recommendations based on data
  • Review and analysis of market data to evaluate our compensation (cash, sales incentive and equity) program relative to our compensation philosophy and principles
  • Partner with the recruiting organization to help Databricks hire Field Operations talent
  • Lead direction on market analysis and job profile insights for all roles
  • Partner with the People Operations team and other partners to help guide consistency in compensation planning and administration
  • Be an expert, and collaborator on multiple Compensation topics
  • Get excited about building models and tools to help easy analysis and understanding of data
