We have an office-hybrid work style (3 Days PW) and you'll be based from our Back Bay Boston office. This is not a fully remote role.

Your mission:

As part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you will drive activity throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle. You will predominantly be responsible for hires with commercial and go-to-market teams, but have a broad range of focus across multiple verticals.

What you’ll achieve:

• Supporting headcount in 28 countries, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for hires on an international basis.
• You'll have full autonomous ownership coordination of the end-to-end hiring journey
• Driving positive impact, including direct sourcing channels, improving candidate engagement and decreasing time to hire
• Support the continuous improvement and sophistication of our TA process

Requirements

Your background

• 1-3 years within recruitment, ideally within an internal talent function
• Industry experience within Clinical, Diagnostic or Software environments with exposure to both commercial and technical hires
• Experience with international hiring is beneficial, but this can be a supported growth area.
• A passion to see talent acquisition as a strategic and value-add function, reinforced with positive, innovative energy.
