Pre-Owned Vehicle Technician Responsibilities

 


Conduct comprehensive inspections of pre-owned vehicles, including engine, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Perform services and repairs per manufacturer guidelines.
Complete diagnostics, repairs, and part replacements efficiently.
Ensure vehicles meet quality standards for resale.
Maintain detailed records of inspections and repairs.


Schedule: Friday 8 AM – 5 PM, with flexibility for Tuesday through Saturday.

QualificationsPre-Owned Vehicle Technician Qualifications


1–3 years of experience servicing pre-owned vehicles (or relevant import brand).
ASE Certification preferred.
UVI (Used Vehicle Inspection) certification or equivalent training preferred.
CDK experience a plus.
Must be comfortable with digital MPI (photo & video inspections).
Valid driver’s license & personal tools required.


Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
