Collinsville Open Cut is located approximately 160km from Airlie Beach in Queensland, a town known as the gateway to the Whitsunday Islands and the Great Barrier Reef. Producing both metallurgical and thermal coal for the export market, the surface mine has a long life and is transitioning from a dragline strip to a truck and shovel terrace operation.

Reporting to the Contracts Coordinator, this is an essential role in the coordination of the site contracts function.

In this role you will utilise your expertise and knowledge on contracts development to:

• develop, implement and manage contracts and related processes onsite

• assist contract owners and staff with matters of contractual adherence

• facilitate changes and amendments to contracts as required

About you:

• analytical, detail-orientated person

• involved in all aspects of the contracts process including scoping, tendering, negotiating and awarding contracts, monitoring and providing advice to stakeholders

• strong administrative and time management skills

• tertiary qualifications in law or commerce with minimum of 5 years of experience in contracts processes (desirable)

• team player with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders

• proficient in SAP supply system and Microsoft Office Suite
