You will challenge others to stretch their thinking. <br/><br/> Like what you see?  Apply now! <br/><br/> WHAT YOU'LL DO: Here's what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a Senior Business Partner at ADP.  ● You will lead key financial processes such as operating plans, business reviews and the financial aspects of strategic plans . ● You will develop appropriate financial targets for the business to achieve, engage and influence key business partners to execute on these. ● You will develop and present business cases to support key investment decisions, and partner to implement as appropriate and track execution of key initiatives and metrics and provide progress updates to management and teams.  ● You will initiate and lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that change initiatives are effectively implemented.    Master in Finance or MBA is required and fluency in English. To be successful in this role, you'll have 8+ years of experience including people leadership (direct or indirect). Audit in Big4 in combination with experience in a Senior FP&amp;A/ Finance Manager role is strongly preferred. <br/><br/> TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:    • Influential Business Partner: Seen by business partners as a trusted advisor and is sought out for both Finance and Business expertise; communicates the story behind the numbers and makes a compelling case to a variety of audiences; effectively challenges others' assumptions and redirects thinking; manages conflict and negotiates effectively. • Information Management/Technology Acumen: Solid desktop skills, specifically strong Microsoft Office skills, advanced Excel skills including the ability to create basic macros; familiarity with Power BI reports creation and Hyperion is preferred.
