In this role, you will help manage day-to-day account needs while collaborating closely with junior staff members, providing guidance and oversight to ensure work is delivered efficiently and at a high standard. You will also serve as a key client contact, helping maintain strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and the client.</p> <p>The ideal candidate has healthcare communications experience within an agency environment, excellent writing and communication skills, and a proactive, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset. This individual will work closely with other DNA team members as well as a cross-functional group of experts from across the broader IPG &nbsp;network to support campaign development and execution.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience developing workback plans and executing a material from ideation through client review processes (e.g., Veeva submissions, referencing, uploads)</li> <li>Proactivity when coordinating projects and managing timelines</li> <li>Experience working in a client-facing environment&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong understanding of communications field, including&nbsp;digital/social media, as well as traditional public relations</li> <li>Attention to detail</li> <li>Strong presentation skills, poise and professionalism</li> </ul> <p><strong>The requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree or higher</li> <li>2-3+ years of agency experience</li> <l
