About the role
As a Senior Special Projects Associate, you will support the global vision and strategy of the company as the team scales. Reporting directly to the Head of People and Legal, you will jump into a variety of high priority topics and play a pivotal role in shaping our talent and overarching business strategy, while working to help identify, organize, and execute against complex organizational challenges. This role requires a team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to change.

About the role
As a Senior Special Projects Associate, you will support the global vision and strategy of the company as the team scales. Reporting directly to the Head of People and Legal, you will jump into a variety of high priority topics and play a pivotal role in shaping our talent and overarching business strategy, while working to help identify, organize, and execute against complex organizational challenges. This role requires a team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to change.
What you'll do
- Assist in all types of high impact special projects across the organization, serving as both a strategist and executor
- Work cross-functionally with various departments, ensuring change management takes hold across the organization
- Partner closely with leadership to develop programs, processes, and solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness across the organization, in line with company culture attributes
- Work closely with leadership on headcount planning initiatives
- Leverage data, analytics, and research to support the development and implementation of programs
- Manage the company wide OKR process working closely with leadership to ensure each department’s OKRs tie back to the central vision
- Lead the Kyte’s performance management program throughout the year
- Contribute to company branding both internally and externally; communications, developing and supporting our EVP
- Support on misc. legal operations topics
- Manage members of the People and/or Legal function as needed
Required
- 2-4+ years of experience in consulting, banking, private equity, startups, or similar paths that have given you a diverse business skills and acumen
- Passion/interest in the human capital/org design space
- Strong program and project management skills
- Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and employees across the organization
- People management experience
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly-growing workplace
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- All-arounder mindset, you’re able to connect with technical, business, product and operational folks on all levels
Preferred
- Early stage, high growth startup experience
- 2+ year of experience synthesizing data into clear, impactful metrics, and reports that will help drive our business
- Human Capital Consulting experience
