What You Will Do

• Work Mon - Thur 4:00PM - 2:30 AM
• Perform Grain Size inspection per standard work
• Prep known spots on parts to standard for viewing with a microscope
• Review grain / microstructure and compare to standard industry charts  
• Enter result data into Solumina
• Expected to cross train to learn:
• Perform creep/stress rupture/tensile testing per standard work
• Receive in and perform final inspection/measurements of creep/stress rupture/tensile test specimens
• Review and prepare reporting of creep/stress rupture/tensile data
• Be able to work in a team environment and handle multi-tasking duties.
• Required to successfully pass annual vision screening.
• Knowledge of SAP, Solumina, and rMRP will be a necessity

Qualifications You Must Have 

• HS Diploma or GED

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Minimum 1 year in material laboratory or production experience
• Ability to read and interpret detailed technical specifications and drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
