We are very proud that FORTUNE named us one of The 100 Best Companies to Work For. In addition, for the last five years we’ve been named in the 100 “World’s Most Innovative Companies” by Forbes Magazine.

The Experian Decision Analytics business unit has a Culture of Curiosity. The following three elements are found in the way that we work with each other and our clients:

  • Comradery – Foster an environment of trust and substantive relationships that promotes breaking down barriers, risk-taking, and a unified belief in our mission.
  • Adventure – Actively seek out unexpected ideas and innovations that move us closer to our vision while also challenging the status quo.
  • Growth – Cultivate a culture that fosters care in people’s growth and development as a foundational mindset.

Today’s business environment is complex. Experian Decision Analytics turns challenging situations into confident decisions through three core areas of expertise — analytics, decisioning and fraud and identity. The combination of these business lines, along with our extensive industry and business experience, helps us solve real-world problems for lenders, financial institutions and other companies and institutions across the globe.

As a thought leading organization, it is essential we effectively communicate our vision to clients, employees, and a myriad of other stakeholders so they understand where we are going and how we are advancing our big data and analytics capabilities to solve problems across industries.
