Housekeeper (Full-Time)
Desert Springs Post Acute (Soon to Be Willow Springs Post Acute)
Pay: $17.48-$19.00 per hour, DOE
Desert Springs Post Acute, soon to be Willow Springs Post Acute, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and other facility spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces throughout the facility
- Empty trash and dispose of waste according to facility policies
- Replenish supplies in resident rooms and common areas
- Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
- Report maintenance, safety, or housekeeping concerns to the appropriate department
- Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good working order
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
- Provide courteous and professional service to residents, families, and visitors
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred, especially in healthcare, hospitality, or long-term care settings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and pushing housekeeping carts
